Partner-rate limitation

The Courier Connect partner rate applies only to warehouse-to-doorstep drop-offs. Special-handling deliveries, bulky or heavy items (pallets, barrels, containers) are not automatically covered by this rate and may require custom quotation.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery cut-off time is 10:00 AM

We offer same-day delivery for eligible delivery requests made before 10:00 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Requests made after the cutoff will be completed on the next delivery day.

Courier Connect Terms & Conditions

  1. Courier Connect pricing is available only to courier and freight forwarding partners.
  2. Agility Delivery will review and approve partners before applying Courier Connect rates.
  3. Courier Connect applies to warehouse-to-doorstep drop-offs only.
  4. Direct delivery to end customers must be requested through the standard delivery request form.
  5. Packages must be ready for pickup at the agreed warehouse location.
  6. Packages must be properly labelled and suitable for transfer to the courier or freight forwarder.
  7. Packages must be properly sealed and suitable for transport.
  8. Agility Delivery may refuse unsafe, illegal, prohibited, improperly packaged, or high-risk items.
  9. Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, customer availability, road conditions, route capacity, or operational factors.
  10. Same-day delivery is available for eligible delivery requests made before 10:00 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Requests made after the cutoff will be completed on the next delivery day.
  11. Re-delivery, incorrect address, failed delivery, waiting time, route changes, or special handling may attract additional charges.
  12. Bulky, heavy, oversized, fragile, high-value, palletized, barrel, container, or commercial goods may require a custom quotation.
  13. Courier and freight forwarding partners are responsible for declaring package contents accurately.
  14. Agility Delivery is not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the courier partner.
  15. Claims or delivery issues must be reported within the required timeframe.
  16. Final service terms may be updated from time to time.

Pickup policy

Packages should be ready at the agreed warehouse pickup location when the pickup is scheduled. Delays at pickup may affect delivery timing.

Drop-off location policy

Courier Connect deliveries are made only to the submitted courier or freight forwarder drop-off location, such as a home, office, branch, store, or place of business.

Delivery confirmation policy

Delivery confirmation or status updates are shared with the courier partner after the delivery is completed.

Incorrect address policy

Incorrect or incomplete drop-off locations may delay delivery and may attract additional charges for redirection, waiting time, or re-delivery.

Failed drop-off policy

If the submitted drop-off location cannot receive the package, Agility Delivery may coordinate next steps with the courier partner. Additional charges may apply.

Package handling policy

Packages must be sealed, labelled, and suitable for transport. Special handling needs must be declared before pickup.

Same-day request policy

Same-day delivery is available for eligible requests made before 10:00 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Requests made after the cutoff will be completed on the next delivery day.

Cancellations and changes policy

Changes or cancellations should be submitted as early as possible. Fees may apply after pickup, dispatch, route changes, or special handling preparation.

Custom quotation policy

Bulky, heavy, oversized, palletized, barrel, container, commercial, or special-handling items require review and may require a custom quotation.
